THREE CHILDREN OF ABRAHAM LEAD A TRIALOGUE ABOUT A TWO-STATE SOLUTION, Peace Making in the Middle East and Beyond is the subject of the discussion which will follow Shabbat Service Friday, May 2 at 8:00 p.m.
This special Shabbat is part of our community’s reflections on the occasion of Israel’s 60th birthday. Our three panelists include Aliza Becker, Deputy Director of Brit Tzedek v’Shalom, Jewish Alliance for Justice and Peace; Ray Hanania, Co-founder of the Israel-Palestinian Comedy Tour; and Saffiya Shillo, a peace activist, communications specialist and community editor for the National Arab American Times.
