We’ve been doing a little pre-Pesach housecleaning at the BYBS Web site, changing to a new, “lighter” layout and color scheme — known as a “theme” — adding the Connect Logo developed for our April 22 “reunion”, and placing a current weather report, courtesy of the WunderGround folks, at the top of the news sidebar.
Every time you log on to www.bybs.org/news, you’ll the current temperature — in Fahrenheit and Celsius — and a general cloud / percipitation report. If you’d like a five a day weather forecast, click on the “forecast” link. Also
note the empty box towards the top of the wunderground web page. Type in a city or airport name, and get the complete 5 dav forecast for that place. And if you are looking for a foreign location, just begin with the name of the country. If you’re interested in the weather in Israel, for example, just typein the country name, for a choice of seven area.
On the home page we’ve added a contest, showing Hebrew Graduation and Confirmation Class picture from Congregation Beth Sholom, Temple B’nai Yehuda and B’nai Yehuda Beth Sholom. If you recognize the pictures as we rotate them, let us know.
