The parasha is T’rumah, Exodus 25:1–27:19It is time to build a fitting place to pray, including an Ark. G-d not only sets forth a pretty detailed set of plans and specifications, but also commands Moses to set up a voluntary building fund, “from everyone whose heart impels them to give”.
